Blow Down Header (BDH)

Installation of a Blow Down Header to capture any released vapor during plant ESD or maintenance purposes. This is a new EPA Regulation to prevent any gas releases to the atmosphere if at all possible. Scope of work consisted of installation of rigid conduit, instruments, airline, cable/wiring, Cable Tray and heat-trace.

Heater Upgrades

Heater Upgrades are all also EPA driven projects that are a newer more efficient and cleaner burning heater that is installed to lower and prevent emissions to meet and exceed all the latest EPA regulations

Enterprise VRU & Condensate Load Out

Installation of a new condensate load out system as well as a Vapor recovery unit.

Rim Rock LP compressor

Installation of a new 4000HP 4160V compressor and associated equipment for the Low pressure system on the Pierce plant.

Hope Grayson Dental Tenant Finish & Core Shell

Ground up 12,000 sqft core shell build that turned into a tenant finish of 9,000 Sq Ft dental office.

Keenesburg High Plains Bank

Ground up build of a 6,000 Sq Ft bank in Keenesburg CO.

CDOT Facilities

VSF and Sand Shed installation on multiple sites Estes Park, Grand Junction with a new larger VSF currently in construction at the Eisenhower Tunnel.

Burlington Greeley

36,000 Sqft tenant finish of a Burlington in Greeley Colorado that the Scope of work consisted of all lighting upgrades, power upgrades, and service upgrades for the entire building.
